Dear community. 

We have been notified by various members that Kucoin has sent out geofencing notice for US traders and their action to limit access to PBX on Kucoin. This is correct. We asked Kucoin to do this based on legal advise we have received due to Kucoins setup and our setup. This geofencing will NOT be subject to any other exchange, solely Kucoin. We hope to remediate this legal issue asap and notify Kucoin to remove geo-fence so we can be open to anyone.

We apologise that users were sent emails directly without any notice from our side. However, Paribus team was expecting an acknowledgement email from Kucoin team with a date on when these notices will go out, so we can coordinate. That acknowledgement never came through hence this breakdown of communication.

Again this is a temporary situation of geo-fencing and we are working to remedy it asap to go back to norm.
